Procedure for Acquiring:  Muslim divorces in Pakistan are subject to arbitration, and the whole process of divorce differs based upon whether it is initiated because of the spouse (Talaq) or the spouse (Khula).  For guys initiating a divorce, husbands have to verbally “divorce” their wife by pronouncing ‘talaq.’  At the earliest opportun
